All outside doors need to be fitted with 5 lever British Standard (BS3621) locks as specified by insurance companies.
UPVC doors should have a minimum of 5 locking points
All your windows should have locks which are operated by key. The amount of locks on each window is determined by its size.
Patio doors should have locks that prevent the door being lifted off its tracks or slid open.
Sash jammers are great for upvc security aswell if you have children or just an extra.
